Rachel Allen Recipes, Rachel Allen Recipe Books

Rachel Allen Recipes, where can you get them? and just as importantly, can you get them at the right price?

We have two of rachel's books and bought both of them off Amazon, if you were to buy just one cookbook in your life I would choose one of Rachel Allens. She covers everything with a understated style that's suitable for every occasion. You can see the current best prizes for her books on Amazon just a little further down the page. In my humble opinion the very best Irish chef/ cook whatever you want to call her.

Cookbooks can be very expensive and it's not always easy to justify

paying the price especially when there is always something else

needed.

Rachel Allen is a professional chef and a mother. Rachel prepares food in a manner that somehow combines practicality and style that never fails to produce a mouthwatering result.

Her recipes are always very clear and easy to follow, always ending up with the desired result.

She makes it so easy that even I can manage. Just try her recipe for Potato and Leek Soup.

Originally from Dublin, Rachel lives in Cork with her husband andtwo children.

Here she teaches at Darina Allen's ( her mother-in-law ) world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School,Shanagary,Co.Cork.

Her husband owns two very sucessful restaurants in Cork.So to say she is steeped in cooking could be an understatement.

Rachel has appeared in three television series: Rachel's Favourite Food, Rachel's Favourite Food For Friends and Rachel's Favourite Food At Home.

She has published a matching book for each series along with DVD versions.

Rachels style of cooking is practical with style - perfect for the home cook.

Her influences are both Irish,Irish regional( particularly with regard to sourcing only the finest local produce ) and global, providing family and food for friends with style.
