Grilled Salmon Recipes,Easy Salmon Recipes.




This is one of those Grilled Salmon Recipes that can also be used for baking or frying Salmon.

Sesame Seed Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

450g( 1LB ) Salmon fillet

4 tablespoons sesame seeds

Dash of Olive oil if frying

Salad

Ketchup or Mayonnaise

Method

Slice the fish into thick, 2-inch long strips.

Put into a bowl with the sesame seeds and gently mix, until all the fish is coated with sesame seeds, press the Salmon into the Sesame Seeds.

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, and add the fish.

Fry over a medium heat turning gently until all the sides are golden and crispy.

Remove and drain on absorbent kitchen paper and serve with salad and ketchup or mayonnaise.

May also be oven baked ( 10 - 12 mins. ) or grilled.
